Central4U Holiday Accommodation provides various self-catering accommodation options. It offers two studio units, each accommodating two people, as well as a wheelchair-friendly bed-sitting room that sleeps two individuals. Additionally, there is a cozy two-bedroom flat that can accommodate four guests and a new self-catering one-bedroom unit with one double bed.

The establishment is conveniently located within walking distance from the famous beach and central to several popular attractions, including the world-famous Wine Route, Table Mountain, the Waterfront, and Cape Point.

One of the rooms is specifically designed to be wheelchair-friendly, featuring twin beds and a sleeper couch in the lounge area. An additional fee of R100 per night is charged for a third person using the sleeper couch. This unit also includes a wheelchair-friendly small garden with braai facilities.
