Chalet Pumba, Elephant Camp, Mabalingwe

Chalet Pumba, located in the Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, consists of two separate self-catering units, Unit A and Unit B. Both units are air-conditioned and open-plan, accommodating two people each. The units feature sleeping areas, bathrooms with showers, living areas with sleeper couches, televisions with full DSTV access, and kitchens equipped with table-top ovens, microwaves, and fridges.

Each unit has its own private boma offering a view of the river. While linen and bath towels are provided, guests are responsible for bringing their own swimming towels. No additional park or entertainment fees are charged. To secure a reservation, guests must pay a deposit to the travel agent, and the remaining balance is to be paid directly to the owner, with no cash deposits accepted.

Chalet Pumba is within walking distance of various recreational facilities, including tennis courts, swimming pools, a shop, and a children's play area. The restaurant and bar are a short drive away. Guests can participate in various activities such as game and bird drives, lion feeding, and horseback safaris. Additionally, they can explore the reserve and search for four of Africa's Big Five by entering with their own vehicle for game viewing.
