Charltonland is a residential property located in the Ocean View area, within the suburb of the Bluff in Durban. It is situated in close proximity to the beach and the golf course. The hosts reside on the premises, and it is not intended to be a party venue.

Unit 1 is a modern and spacious one-bedroom flat equipped with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave) with a breakfast bar, a lounge area with DStv and a sleeper couch available upon request, and braai facilities adjacent to the unit. Secure parking is provided right outside the unit.

The Bluff area offers an abundance of attractions for guests to explore, such as the Bayhead Natural Heritage Site, the Bluff National Park Golf Club, and outstanding beaches. The property features a minister on site.

In addition to the warm and cozy flatlet, the garden and surrounding area exude a lovely tranquility. Enjoying a sundowner on the veranda of Unit 2 while listening to the waves is a romantic and relaxing experience. The property overlooks the golf course and is situated within 800 meters of the challenging Bluff National Golf Course. Guests staying for 7 days or longer are offered a complimentary game of golf.

Apart from having a swimming pool available for certain times of the day, the property is a short walk from the beach. The property is secure and level, overlooking Anstey's beach, which offers excellent waves for surfing, bodyboarding, swimming, and kitesurfing (weather permitting). The beach features lifeguards and safety nets, as well as a tidal pool further along the shore. Unit 2 is a spacious 62-square-meter one-bedroom flat with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, DStv, WiFi, and a fully fitted kitchen.
