Chase Guest House

Chase Guest House is a traditional sugar farm homestead located in a beautiful garden bordering Eshowe. It offers bed and breakfast or self-catering accommodation with personal service and country hospitality. The guest house has two spacious, up-market double garden cottages equipped for self-catering, and a three-bedroomed farm cottage suitable for families or couples travelling together. The farm cottage features two sitting rooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cool veranda, and a lovely garden.

All three units are in close proximity to one another while maintaining privacy. They are equipped with DSTV, free WiFi, fans, air-conditioners, and heaters. Hospitality refreshments are provided, and guests can choose between bed-and-breakfast or self-catering options. A sparkling pool, tennis court, cycling facilities, and a trampoline are available for guests to enjoy. The guest house also offers great birding opportunities in the garden and on farm walks.

Laundry and ironing services are available at a nominal rate, and cars are washed daily at no charge. Sugar, banana, and Protea farm tours can be arranged for a nominal fee, subject to availability. Two mountain bikes are available for hire. Chase Guest House is situated close to various attractions, including Vukani Zulu Cultural Museum, Fort Nongqayi Museum Village, Dlinza Forest Aerial Boardwalk, Eshowe Butterfly Dome, and the 18-hole Eshowe Hills Golf Estate, which is directly opposite the guest house.

The guest house is approximately one hour and ten minutes from King Shaka Airport in Durban. Easy day trips can be arranged to nearby game reserves, beautiful beaches, and Zulu cultural villages, with guides available upon request. Restaurants are located in the town, less than 2 kilometers away. A baby cot and camp cot are available for families with infants. An English or Continental breakfast may be requested for guests who do not wish to self-cater.
