The living area is open-plan and includes a sleeper couch. A flat-screen TV with a DStv Family Package is provided. All linen is supplied, but guests are required to bring their own towels, toiletries, and cleaning consumables.

Located just meters away from the beach, the apartment offers convenient access to a nearby tidal pool. It is also within a five-minute walk from the town center, which offers numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment facilities. Margate, situated on the shoreline of the Indian Ocean, offers golden beaches, rivers, and numerous lagoons for enjoying various water sports activities.

It is important to note that this apartment is not wheelchair-friendly. Additionally, after acceptance and booking deposit payment, there is an additional payment required to the owner, which includes a R450 once-off admin and key handling fee, as well as a R500 refundable breakage deposit, as per the terms and conditions.
