The Chesapeake Bay No. 31 is a modern second-floor apartment located in the popular coastal town of Margate. It provides guests with beautiful 180-degree sea views and easy access to the car parking area, which is on the same level as the unit. The apartment is fully equipped and situated within a secure complex that includes one under-cover parking bay and a parking zone for trailers.

The complex features a communal swimming pool, tennis court, barbecue area, and a jungle gym for children. The apartment itself consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a sleeper couch in the lounge-dining area. It has two toilets, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen with an open-plan living area. A flat-screen TV with the DStv Family Package is included, and all linen is provided, but guests need to bring their own towels, toiletries, and cleaning consumables.

Situated meters away from the beach, the apartment is within a five-minute walk from the center of town, which offers numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment facilities. Margate, located on the shoreline of the Indian Ocean, features golden beaches, rivers, and numerous lagoons suitable for water sports.

It is important to note that the Chesapeake Bay No. 31 apartment is not wheelchair-friendly, and guests are expected to refrain from causing disturbances to other units. After acceptance and booking deposit, guests are required to pay an additional R450 once-off Admin Key Handling Fee and a refundable R500 Breakage Deposit, as per the terms and conditions.
