Clinch Self Catering

Clinch Self Catering consists of five units - The Apartment, Cosy Nest, Cosy Nook, Cosy Den, and Cosy Corner. These units can accommodate nine, four, four, two, and six sleepers, respectively. Clinch Self Catering is conveniently located, clean, and affordable, catering to both holidaymakers and business travelers alike. It is situated close to Durban's and Umhlanga Rocks' swimming beaches and tourist attractions, as well as several popular family restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, supermarkets, and shops.

Each unit has its own private entrance, air conditioning, and secure off-road parking. The Apartment is a spacious two-bedroom unit with the main bedroom capable of sleeping up to four persons on a king-size bed and two single beds, or four single beds. The second bedroom can accommodate a king-size bed and a single bed, or three single beds. The lounge area features a single bed and a sleeper couch, with a lovely patio and built-in braai area leading off the lounge.

Cosy Nest and Cosy Nook are two adjacent small units, each with two rooms, totaling four separate rooms. Each room can have a king-size bed or two single beds. Each unit has a shower room with a shower, basin, and toilet, as well as an open plan, fully equipped kitchenette.

Cosy Corner is a lovely three-room apartment, with each room capable of accommodating a king-size bed or twin beds. The main bedroom is en-suite, and there is a second shower room with a shower, basin, and toilet. There is an open plan kitchenette, and right outside the front door, there is a patio and a lovely built-in braai area.

Cosy Den is a lovely, spacious one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed or two single beds. It features a small lounge sitting area, a fully equipped kitchenette, bath or shower, basin, and toilet. Just outside, there is a covered braai area. The unit is equipped with DSTV (most channels) and is air-conditioned.

All units at Clinch Self Catering are completely self-contained and private, and do not share facilities with other guests besides the car park. Each unit has its own private entrance, facilities, and assured privacy. There is safe, secure parking directly outside each unit. Clinch Self Catering has been a full member of Umhlanga Tourism since 2008, and guests are invited to check their credentials with the organization.

The establishment is very close to the La Lucia Virgin Active Gym. Cosy Den, Cosy Nest, and Cosy Nook are ideal for a romantic getaway, and the property is close to several popular golf courses. Kids are welcome, and the establishment is within 1 kilometer from a fishing/walking beach and approximately 6 kilometers from the most popular Durban and Umhlanga beaches.
