It is located a comfortable four-minute walk away from the popular Southbroom swimming beach and a further five-minute stroll from the vibrant Riptide beach restaurant. The apartment is just 2 km from the renowned Ramsgate Waffle House and even closer to at least four seafood restaurants, bistros, and pubs. Ideal for golfers, the unit is in close proximity to five outstanding golf clubs and is often used as a base for golf tours and tournaments.
