Coldsprings Guest Farm

Coldsprings Guest Farm is a 162-hectare small game farm situated 8 kilometers outside of Grahamstown (Makhanda), along the Highlands road. The accommodation comprises a farmhouse and four separate rooms. It is suitable for large group bookings of up to 25 people on a self-catering or bed and breakfast basis, and it serves as a venue for workshops, staff functions, and special occasions.

The farmhouse features four bedrooms with three bathrooms, an open-plan lounge, dining room, bar, kitchen area, scullery, and an enclosed verandah with a braai area. Additionally, there are four separate rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and its own entrance. Visitors can observe various species such as buffalo, blesbuck, zebra, hartebeest, and black wildebeest from the comfort of the verandah.

The property includes a bass-fishing dam within walking distance, and there are running and cycling routes in the immediate area. The farmhouse unit has four bedrooms that can accommodate eight adults or four adults and additional teenagers or children. Two rooms are en-suite, while the other two are dormitory-style, sharing a bathroom. It is well-suited for large corporate group bookings due to its ample space.
