Coleford Lodge Underberg

Coleford Lodge Underberg is a self-catering and bed and breakfast accommodation located in the valleys of the Southern Drakensberg. It offers affordable rates for individuals, families, and group bookings. The lodge has seven units, three of which are fully equipped for self-catering. The remaining four units are non-self-catering but have bar fridges and tea/coffee facilities. All units provide breathtaking views of the mountain and valley.

Coleford Lodge Underberg offers facilities for small conferences, team building activities, and weddings, with the capacity to accommodate up to 30 people in shared lodging. It provides various activities for children, including braai areas, a swimming pool, a trampoline, volleyball court, fireplaces in six units, fishing in the river and Coleford Nature Reserve, and picnic spots. Additionally, the lodge has a communal self-catering area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge, dining room, pool table, built-in bar, darts, foosball, and a fireplace next to the pool and firepit.

The main lodge features a large verandah with a boma, a reception area, and a dining room with a fireplace. All linen and towels, except for swimming towels, are included. The lodge can accommodate weddings for up to 50 people, with an in-house wedding coordinator, catering options, different wedding packages, and accommodation for up to 30 guests in shared lodging. Other amenities include a swimming pool, pool table, foosball, darts, trampoline, volleyball court, a closed lapa with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and fireplace, fly fishing, picnic spots, hiking, and mountain biking trails.

Cottage Five at Coleford Lodge Underberg comprises a spacious open-plan family room with a queen-size bed, two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a verandah. Self-catering facilities are available at the pool/lapa area, and private braai facilities can be requested at the cottage. The management can assist guests with any additional needs.
