Comorant House

Comorant House is a self-catering holiday home with a pool. It is situated in the Golden Mile area of St Helena Bay, Western Cape. The house can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children.

The house comprises 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 and a half bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The bedrooms are neatly and quaintly decorated. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has a shower and bath, while the other 2 rooms are equipped with twin beds, and share the second bathroom that has a shower and bath, basin and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen and dining area are open-plan and contain facilities such as a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven with a stove, dish washer, washing machine, and ample built-in cupboards for storage. The lounge has comfortable seating arrangements, a double sleeper couch for two people, an indoor fireplace, and a TV with full DStv channels.

Guests can make use of the outdoor braai amenities with a picnic table or enjoy the swimming pool. There is a table tennis or darts area in the spacious garage. The house also has an enclosed garden for children to play safely. Secure parking is available.

Comorant House is a short drive away from an array of attractions and activities, such as a 4.5 kilometers beach, horse riding, golf, whale and dolphin spotting in season, as well as shops, restaurants, a spa, and more. An additional refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 is not included in the quote. The 9 hole golf course of the Shelley Point Estate is approximately 10 minutes away and available at guests' own expense.

The house features an enclosed yard for children to play, and the pool can be closed off for safety. A table tennis table is available for family enjoyment, and the long, stretched sandy Golden Mile beach is a 3-minute walk away.
