The property features a large sparkling pool with a child safety net, a landscaped established enclosed garden with abundant flowers and lawn, and superb security measures, including an electric fence, fully alarmed premises, an automated gate, and an intercom. Secure parking is available for 5 cars. The villa is child and pet-friendly.
