The property is conveniently located, being only 20 minutes away from the city center and 25 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. It is also an ideal destination for golfers, with two championship golf courses within a 10-minute drive and five more major golf courses within a 20-minute radius. Guests can use two sets of golf clubs provided by Constantia Vista free of charge.

The accommodation options at Constantia Vista include The View Cottage, which sleeps two people with an additional futon in the lounge for an extra person or child at an additional charge. The Pool Apartment features a private plunge pool and can accommodate two people, with a futon in the lounge for an additional person or child at an extra cost. The Main House is ideal for families, sleeping four people with a futon in the lounge for an extra person or child at an additional charge. Lastly, The Studio is a cozy apartment suitable for couples, featuring a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, satellite TV, an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a BBQ patio with stunning valley and sea views. The Studio is a free-standing unit of approximately 80 square meters, and it is serviced from Monday to Friday, with 12 outdoor steps leading to the apartment.
