It is approximately a 5-minute drive from the beach and within walking distance of St. George's cricket stadium. Additionally, it is about a 10-minute drive from the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, making it ideal for sporting enthusiasts.

The accommodation features communal bathrooms, as none of the bedrooms are en-suite. Self-catering facilities are available, suitable for individuals and groups. Upon booking confirmation, Cora Terrace offers guidance on local activities and can assist in designing an exciting and memorable trip to Port Elizabeth, at no additional cost, although relevant entrance fees may apply. Guided tours can also be arranged with local, registered specialists.

It is recommended to book well in advance, as Cora Terrace tends to get busy during school terms and events. However, due to the presence of stairs, the establishment regrets that physically disabled guests cannot be accommodated. The dormitory rooms feature bunk beds and can accommodate between four and sixteen beds, with shared bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and a communal TV area.
