"Cosy Corner" is on the ground floor with a private, fenced little garden and garden furniture on the patio. The communal swimming pool is fenced, and the gate is kept locked. The play park just a few meters away is safe and child-friendly. Picturesque Hout Bay Beach is only a seven-minute walk from "Cosy Corner". Dunes Restaurant on the beach has stunning sea and mountain views, and Mariner's Wharf on the beach offers Fish and Chips takeaways or delicious meals upstairs.
