The Cottage Chardonnay accommodation unit is designed to comfortably accommodate two adults in a queen-size bed (152cm width) and an additional adult or two children on a sofa bed (137cm width). It features a kitchenette equipped with a stove (two hot plates), microwave oven, medium-sized fridge, sink, and a dining table that can seat four persons. The bathroom is underfloor heated and includes a shower cabin, toilet, and a granite-top basin. The cottage is air-conditioned with a powerful air conditioning system.

Access to the cottage is provided through a sliding door that leads to a private 60sqm patio/garden area with a braai facility. The cottage has its own private entrance to the premises and is completely separate from other accommodation units. Parking is available in a double garage with direct access to the cottage. The premises are secured with an alarm system connected to ADT armed response, with sensors both inside and outside the cottage. Maid service is provided twice a week at no charge. Upon request, guests can enjoy services such as restaurant bookings, wine tastings, and transportation to and from the airport.

The 30sqm cottage features a combined lounge and bedroom area (open-plan design) with a queen-size bed (top-quality mattress), a large wardrobe, a four-seater dining table, and a 48" Smart-TV with Internet access. Fibre Optic Line WiFi is available. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a medium-sized fridge, two hot-plates, a coffee machine, cattle, and a microwave oven. The bathroom is furnished with a shower cabin, a basin/cabinet, and a toilet. Soft fluffy towels are provided. The sliding door opens onto a beautiful patio with a four-seater table under a large awning, barbecue facilities, two sun loungers, and flower beds, which are illuminated at night.

The Cottage Chardonnay is conveniently located near the Steenberg Golf Club, an 18-hole championship golf course. Other notable golf courses in the vicinity include the West Lake Golf Club (10km), Royal Cape Golf Club (5km), and Clovelly Golf Club (15km).
