Cottage Chenin

The Cottage Chenin is a small holiday home that can accommodate two guests, with the option of adding one additional adult or two children on a comfortable sofa bed (108cm width, with a surcharge if used). It features a lounge/TV room equipped with a 40" Smart TV with DStv COMPACT PLUS menu (in High Season only). The fully fitted kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, stove, microwave oven, large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, sink, and a dining table for four.

The cottage has a sliding door that leads to a private 40sqm patio/garden area with a 4-seater table and a luxury Weber Braai (no swimming pool). It has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the other accommodation unit. The property is serviced twice a week. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds (91cm width, luxury thick mattresses in extra length), and the beautiful bathroom features a round bathtub, a large shower cabin, a toilet, and a granite-top basin. Both the lounge and the bedroom are air-conditioned.

Additional features include a 40u201au00c4u00f9 Smart TV with Internet access and a satellite dish with DStv PREMIUM menu (in High Season only) included in the rental rate, a DVD player, Internet access via fiber optic (no extra charge), a washing machine and tumble dryer (minimum stay of 7 days), protected parking for one car in the courtyard of the premises, a small private patio with an illuminated "Weber Braai Master Touch" (no swimming pool), security gates at all doors, and a fully alarmed system inside and outside (sensors, beams, and door/window contacts) connected to a security company.
