Cullinan Falls Trout Farm

Cullinan Falls Trout Farm is an establishment situated about 40 km from Machadodorp in the mountains above Slaaihoek in Southern Mpumalanga. It is surrounded by indigenous forest and lush grasslands. The original and charming stone cottage is located among towering pines and blue gum trees with its own orchard. It overlooks 250 hectares of rugged farmland, nudging the dramatic Highveld escarpment. The cottage is within easy walking distance of the farm's indigenous forest and trout-rich dams.

The cottage has four bedrooms, two Victorian-style bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a living area with an open fireplace, and a pretty breakfast porch with lovely views of the valley. All linen and towels are provided. There is no TV and limited cell phone signal, allowing for an undisturbed stay in total peace and tranquility. Stepping off the front porch, one can choose from child-friendly paths leading to the dams, forest, and several waterfalls.
