Cynthia's Country Stay

Cynthia's Country Stay is a small holding that offers three styles of accommodation. The Large Main Guesthouse is a charming country home with five bedrooms located on a hill surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and magnificent birdlife, just 1 km from the Crocodile River. The entire house is available for larger groups on a self-catering basis. It features a large swimming pool, swings, braai facilities, and a boma fireplace. Additionally, there is a mini farmyard duck pond and water feature with ducks to entertain families.

In the mid-section of the property, there are camping-style Chalets that can accommodate 20 to 24 guests in four chalets. The four-sleeper chalets have outside ablution facilities and are fully equipped with all necessary amenities for braaiing and cooking. However, there is no TV in these chalets. Adjacent to the chalets, there is a large swing, trampolines, and a jungle gym. A small pool is available for guests staying in the chalets.

There are two eight-sleeper cottages with a shared pool and Lapa. These cottages are adjacent to one another and have three and four bedrooms each, providing privacy. These cottages are equipped with all necessary amenities, including SABC 1, 2, and 3 channels.

The chalets are ideal for a romantic getaway. Cynthia's Country Stay also offers a wonderful hike up the mountain, a trampoline, a jungle gym, and a volleyball court. The latest addition is Cottage No. 3, which has one double bed, one sleeper couch, and one single bed, with shower facilities.
