Daan Viljoen Lodge

Daan Viljoen Lodge provides comfortable accommodation through 19 luxury en-suite chalets, comprising 17 twin/double bed units and 2 family-oriented units. The chalets are strategically positioned adjacent to the Daan Viljoen dam within walking distance of the Boma restaurant, which features both indoor and outdoor seating areas overlooking a large swimming pool.

The property includes 7 luxury camper pods situated around a small rock outcrop, shaded by Camelthorn trees, with grass-covered campsites (seasonal availability). These camping facilities are conveniently located inside the park near the main Reception and Administration buildings.

Guests can unwind in the readers' lounge at the Boma or gather around the fire pit in the evening beneath the Namibian night sky. The lodge caters to corporate travelers and wedding parties with various conference and venue facilities, while the reception area offers internet access and a small kiosk.

The double twin bed chalets feature a main room with en-suite bathroom, including a wash basin, separate toilet, and shower, plus an outdoor patio. The deluxe family chalets are equipped with a double bed and single sleeper bed. The Giraffe Individual Campsites offer private camping pods, each featuring a private shower, separate toilet, kitchen preparation area with electricity, warm water, washbasin, and an indoor BBQ facility, accommodating up to six guests.
