The property features two garages and a lock-up parking area secured with security beams. All linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, and the house is serviced, with a service charge levied. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and there are braai facilities available. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only.

The cottage has a pool and a net, with a walkway leading from the house onto the beach. DSTV is provided with a holiday card, and capped Wi-Fi is supplied, with the option to upgrade. The accommodation can sleep up to 10 people, with a maximum of 6 adults. It features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. In the event of load-shedding, a gas bottle, cooker top, and rechargeable lights are available.

The house contains an open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, are also available. There is a large veranda with furniture.

The accommodation restrictions state that groups of adults are not permitted, as the property caters for "nucleus" family holidays only. No functions of any kind are allowed. Additional charges include a daily staff levy of R250 and a breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.
