The 108sqm self-catering holiday apartment, known as 'Del Este 5', is situated in the popular vacation town of Manaba, near Margate and Uvongo. The Hibiscus Coast region where the apartment is located offers clean sea breezes, pristine natural surroundings, a friendly climate, welcoming locals, sightings of dolphins and whales (visible directly from the apartment), and ultra-modern facilities and attractions available throughout the year.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The master bedroom contains a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two three-quarter beds. One bathroom features a bathtub, and the other is equipped with a shower.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove and oven, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools, catering to the needs of self-catering guests. The dining area features a round table and chairs, and the lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV equipped with DSTV.

The living area leads out to a spacious balcony, which offers stunning sea views and is equipped with built-in braai facilities and patio furniture. Both the lounge and the balcony provide breathtaking vistas of the ocean.

The apartment comes with a secure parking bay located next to the front door for convenience. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The apartment offers privacy with its own entrance.
