Denneberghof is a stylish Self-Catering Apartment and Bed & Breakfast situated on a pristine and private estate in Kaaimans, the heart of the Garden Route. It is part of yet separate from the main house. The homestead is perched high up on the mountain with the Kaaimans Waterfall in the gorge below, offering a tranquil stay surrounded by breathtaking mountain and sea views.

The estate is rich in birdlife and indigenous fauna & flora, including an abundance of South Africa's National Protea flower, with Knysna Loerie visiting almost daily. The backdrop of the Outeniqua Mountain range and the Indian Ocean in the distance serves as a reminder of why South Africa's Garden Route is such a rare gem. With direct access off the N2, halfway between Wilderness and Victoria Bay, a major drawing card is the prime and extremely central location. Both beaches are a 5-minute drive away, as is the Garden Route Mall. World-renowned golf courses, including Fancourt, The Links, Kingswood, and Oubaai, are within easy reach.

The accommodation consists of two en-suite bedrooms and, upon request, an additional two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, accommodating up to eight people in absolute comfort. The lounge has a double sleeper couch for an extra adult or two children sharing, at an additional charge. There is a fully equipped kitchen for a self-catering stay with counter dining and a gas stovetop/electric oven. The lounge has comfortable couches, a wall-mounted smart flat-screen TV with a full package DStv, and doors leading out onto an undercover patio with an outdoor dining table and full mountain and garden views. Uncapped wifi is provided throughout. Additionally, there is a lovely dining table in the landscaped gardens with panoramic mountain views, a BBQ/Braai, and an umbrella for guest enjoyment.

Breakfast and other meals are available upon request at an additional charge. Organic fresh farm produce from the garden, non-GMO, is available for guests to help themselves. The property is extremely safe and secure, with ample space for children to run and play. Ample safe and secure on-site parking is available, accessible via a remote-controlled gate.

The accommodation is ideal for families, couples, groups of friends, and business travelers due to its central location. It is perfect for bird enthusiasts and golfers. The owner lives in the same house but separately and privately from The Annex, with their own access. Housekeeping and breakfast can be arranged during the stay at an additional cost. The owner's pets reside on the property, and it is an ideal venue for an intimate wedding with additional accommodation offered on-site.

The setting/location is very peaceful and tranquil. Fancourt/George is a 20-minute drive, Oubaai is a 25-minute drive, and Pezula and Simola/Knysna are a 40-minute drive away. Children of all ages are welcome, but guests must bring their own camp cot and high chair. The property has distant Wilderness ocean views, and Wilderness and Victoria Bay beaches are an easy 5-minute drive on either side, while the Kaaimans river and beach are just down the road. Rates are based on 8 people sharing in 4 bedrooms, with a double sleeper couch in the lounge that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children upon request at an additional R 500 per night.
