Deruxa Cottages is a charming 21-hectare farm property located approximately 40 km north of Pretoria and 20 km west of the historic town of Cullinan. Originally acquired by the Moolman family to introduce their children to outdoor living, the property has since evolved into a versatile accommodation and event venue.

The game-fenced farm features various wildlife species and boasts an impressive count of 112 identified bird species. The property has been thoughtfully developed to include an open-air lapa, conference facilities, kitchen, bar, and ablution facilities. Accommodation options consist of three free-standing cottages and a refurbished old farmhouse that serves as a self-catering unit.

The main farmhouse accommodates eight people with a mix of double and twin beds, complete with a lounge and modern kitchen. The three executive cottages offer room-only accommodation with twin beds, desks, and coffee-making facilities. A separate "Stable unit" provides an isolated retreat for couples seeking privacy.
