The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a bath, a separate shower, and twin basins. The rooms are key card operated, non-smoking, and serviced daily. However, not all rooms have air conditioning. Wake-up calls can be arranged at the reception.

The Diaz Hotel offers complimentary under-roof parking for all guests. It also features the Diaz Water Park, which provides entertainment for children.
