Die Kambrokind Guesthouse is situated on the main road and is one of the oldest houses in Kenhardt. The land features a fascination of its own, with the tedium of brown sand being broken only by black dolerite boulders. Kambro-Kind, one of the oldest houses in Kenhardt, offers five air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are three double rooms and two family rooms, all of which still have the original oregon pine floors and ceilings.

The rooms are equipped with DStv, fans, heaters, refrigerators, and en-suite bathrooms. Meals are available upon request, and there are braai facilities available. The guesthouse offers typical bushmanland hospitality with fresh air and a friendly atmosphere. The comfortably furnished rooms have double beds.

The fantastic wide-open spaces of Verneukpan are an ideal hotspot for parasailing enthusiasts. For those who prefer an archaeological adventure, there are San trails which will lead them over several hills, following in the footsteps of the San, to spots where the San chose as canvases for their art. Visitors can truly see what the San saw and experience what they did. There is also an old library building that can be explored, dating back to 1897 and used as a library until 1977. It was declared a national monument in 1978.

The Quiver Tree Forest is an ideal hiking destination. Visitors can hike through this forest, boasting over 4,000 to 5,000 trees, and marvel at their beauty. While Kenhardt may be small, it is certainly not insignificant. The beauty and splendor of this area make it a favorable holiday destination for many.
