Dinokeng Bush Camp

Dinokeng Bush Camp is an "off-the-grid" bushveld campsite that allows visitors to experience nature in its most pristine form. The campsite is designed for self-sufficient off-road campers. It began operating in 2020, and the owners plan to increase the number of camping stands in phases. Basic amenities will be added to selected areas, but the aim is to minimize the impact on nature.

Both campsite areas at Dinokeng Bush Camp are unfenced, allowing animals to roam freely within these areas and providing a unique bushveld experience. The Ou Kraal campsite area includes two boma areas surrounded by stone walls dating from the early 1900s. The owner and host, Wim Naude, shares a passion for nature and knowledge of the area and surrounding wildlife, enhancing the experience for visitors.

The Ou Kraal campsite comprises 12 stands, four of which are completely private. The remaining stands are located around two boma (kraal) areas, where groups can gather around fire pits and enjoy the star-filled nights. There is no electricity or water available at the campsite.
