It is located a short distance from a remote, almost private beach, which can be accessed by walking down a flight of stairs. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and features a spacious living area that includes a comfortable lounge, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The property has a light and airy ambiance, and features a fantastic deck that is perfect for evening braais and enjoying the sunset views. Recently, a large patio with a braai area and seating has been added, and guests are welcome to make use of the herb garden that includes basil and other herbs. To ensure that guests are not affected by load-shedding, a battery backup system has been installed to provide power for lights, the fridge, and some plugs.

The house is under new ownership since 2019, and some of the previous comments may not apply. Additionally, all rooms and curtains have been updated with a more modern style, although not all pictures have been updated yet.
