Dolphin Place

Dolphin Place is a luxury, self-catering, and air-conditioned guesthouse situated on the waterfront at Port Owen Marina, located approximately 140 km from Cape Town on the Cape West Coast, near Velddrif. It accommodates a minimum of two adults for a minimum stay of two days, with a maximum capacity of four adults and two children, subject to negotiation.

This comfortable waterside retreat operates without load shedding, as it utilizes solar power and a UPS system, demonstrating its commitment to caring for guests and the environment. The guesthouse provides superior accommodation, featuring an appealing living room and delightful marina views. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with heated towel rails, a jet spa bath with a shower, basin, and toilet. Adjacent to the main bedroom is the second bedroom, designed for younger children, with two single beds. The third bedroom also has two single beds and its own bathroom, fitted with an oval bath, shower, basin, and toilet.

Every convenience is abundantly provided, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, towels, and linen. The braai area offers indoor and outdoor entertainment options with either gas or wood braais and a pizza oven. Dolphin Place features a fully equipped kitchen with two fridge-freezers, a kettle, hob, eye-level ovens, a dishwasher, an air fryer, a microwave, and laundry facilities.

The property is fully fenced with beam alarms, ensuring a secure and child and pet-friendly environment. Guests can bring a boat by prior arrangement and accommodate it with a berth. Prior arrangements are also necessary with management to accommodate pets.
