The architect-designed double-story home consists of two separate apartments: Apartment Beluga (254 square meters) and Apartment Dusky (100 square meters). Each apartment features three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. The property can be rented either as individual apartments or as an entire six-bedroom house.

Apartment Beluga includes a spacious master bedroom with full sea views and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and spa bath, plus two additional bedrooms sharing a separate full bathroom. Both apartments offer living and dining areas with fully equipped kitchens/kitchenettes, Wi-Fi access, and television facilities. All bathrooms are furnished with hairdryers and towels.
