The property, currently owned by sixth-generation farmer Peet van Heerden, features fields irrigated by mountain springs and offers a tranquil Karoo experience.

The farm provides various accommodation options, including a main guesthouse, rondavel, stable flat, and renovated schoolhouse. The guesthouse features four bedrooms, three bathrooms (two en-suite), a sunroom/lounge with fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen facilities. The adjacent rondavel offers open-plan accommodation with a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy numerous facilities including outdoor braai (barbecue) areas, laundry services, electric blankets, walking trails, wildlife viewing, and birdwatching opportunities. The property is both child and bicycle-friendly, featuring a swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast and meals are available upon request.

The farm's location near Nieu-Bethesda, known for its famous Owl House, provides visitors with a unique opportunity to experience authentic Karoo hospitality. The historic village, founded in 1875 as a church town, has maintained its historical integrity and has become a notable artist's retreat.
