Doornberg Guest Farm is a historic working sheep and cattle farm situated in the heart of the Sneeuberg mountains, 9 kilometers outside Nieu-Bethesda in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. The property, currently owned by sixth-generation farmer Peet van Heerden, features fields irrigated by mountain springs and offers a tranquil Karoo experience.
The farm provides various accommodation options, including a main guesthouse, rondavel, stable flat, and renovated schoolhouse. The guesthouse features four bedrooms, three bathrooms (two en-suite), a sunroom/lounge with fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen facilities. The adjacent rondavel offers open-plan accommodation with a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Both the schoolhouse and stable flat provide open-plan living spaces with modern amenities and en-suite facilities.
