The rental can accommodate between 8 to 10 people and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with one en-suite bathroom connected to the honeymoon suite, which has a deck and beautiful fynbos garden.

The property includes a gated guest parking area, a 10-person Jacuzzi with breathtaking views, a hammock, a braai area, DSTV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, an indoor fireplace, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fully equipped kitchen, a fully alarmed system, and a backup generator with automatic startup for load shedding periods. The rental is a 5-minute walk from the beach and is pet-friendly upon approval, with a fully gated electric fence. Kayaks and sand boards are available for hire.

The surrounding area offers hiking trails with views of False Bay, the Harold Porter Botanical Gardens with waterfalls and a restaurant, a penguin colony, sand boarding, kayaking, restaurants, shops, markets within walking distance of the villa, and blue flag beaches. There is also a river where swimming is possible, with warmer water temperatures than the ocean, and it is within walking distance.
