The property referred to as 'Dreams' is a three-star, self-catering holiday home situated in Pringle Bay, South Africa. It is located approximately 100 meters from the local beach and river mouth, and is a one-hour drive from Cape Town International Airport. The accommodation can sleep up to six guests across three bedrooms, with the main bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and balcony overlooking the sea. The property features two bathrooms, one with a shower and bath, and the other with a shower.

On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a mountain view and a separate TV room, both of which have access to a covered balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area features a large table with seating for eight guests. Outside, there is a built-in braai (barbecue) area with a teak table and chairs, as well as an outdoor shower and fenced garden.

The property is situated within the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, along the scenic Clarence Drive (R44), which is renowned for its marine life and whale-watching opportunities. In addition to the nearby beach and river mouth, the area offers several hiking trails and nature reserves where guests can explore the indigenous fynbos vegetation. The village of Pringle Bay also features several restaurants, coffee shops, delis, and grocery stores.

Guests at 'Dreams' have access to various amenities, including puzzles, games, books, a beach umbrella, and a comprehensive information file about local activities. A cot, high chair, baby bath, and potty can be arranged upon request at no extra cost. The property also offers Wi-Fi packages for an additional fee. It is important to note that 'Dreams' is a double-story house with stairs inside and outside, and is not a beachfront property.
