Driftwood House is located in a quiet residential area, providing quick access to the West Coast flower reserves during season, wine routes, and beaches suitable for kite boarding, windsurfing, and surfing on the Atlantic Ocean. It is also situated in an area that offers prime photographic opportunities of Table Mountain and Cape Town.

The accommodation consists of three en-suite double rooms and one double/bedsitter room suitable for two adults, which includes a bedroom and a lounge area. The rooms are equipped with televisions, small refrigerators, and coffee/tea-making facilities. Bath towels are provided, and an English breakfast is available upon request.

The property features a garden with a koi pond and a swimming pool, as well as two barbecue areas and secure parking bays. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas are regularly serviced. Popular activities in the area include tours to the West Coast, wine farms, Cape Peninsula, Robben Island, Boulders Beach, Table Mountain, whale watching, and shark diving.

The rooms are comfortably furnished with double, single, or queen-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each room has its own private entrance, television, small refrigerator, and tea and coffee facilities. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms but is allowed on the patios, pool area, and entertainment lounge.
