Druk My Niet Wine Estate is a boutique wine farm situated in the Daljosaphat Valley of Paarl, South Africa, ascending the Hawekwa Mountains in the heart of the Boland region. The estate is nestled within a biosphere reserve, where vineyards are sustainably grown to express the pristine terroir in its wines.
The winemaking process is meticulous, featuring green harvesting and limited bunch selection to ensure only the finest fruit reaches the cellar. Grapes are harvested in the early morning to maintain freshness, followed by cooling and manual sorting before fermentation. The estate produces a variety of wines, including white, rosé, and red varieties, with notable offerings such as T3 Cap Classique Rosé, Mapago Rosé, C68 Chenin Blanc, and several red blends including Momentum, Invictus Bordeaux Blend, and Mirus Syrah.
The property features three luxury self-catering accommodations with Cape Dutch architecture and thatched roofs. Protea Cottage is designed for two guests, featuring an open-plan kitchen and private terrace. Guava Cottage accommodates four guests with two bedrooms and bathrooms, while Fynbos Cottage can host up to six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All cottages are fully equipped with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, television, and access to an infinity pool. The accommodations offer spectacular views over the Paarl Valley and are surrounded by vineyards and local Fynbos vegetation.
The estate welcomes visitors for wine tasting and purchases, with operations during weekdays and weekends, excluding a midday break. It maintains a strong commitment to responsible drinking and sustainable practices.
