Duiwekloof Lodge is nestled in the heart of the Baviaanskloof, Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. Known as the "Valley of the Doves," this hidden paradise is characterized by unspoiled, rugged mountainous terrain where the tranquility is broken only by the echoes of dove calls.

The property features diverse accommodation options including a main lodge with four luxurious self-catering rooms, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes, and all necessary amenities. The Blouduiker Cottage accommodates up to six guests with two double bunks and one double bed, while the spectacular Leopard's Cavern offers a luxurious retreat for couples, featuring a unique design that incorporates the natural rocky backdrop with wood and glass elements.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the property maintains six spacious campsites with braai facilities and fully equipped ablution blocks, including electrical points. The lodge complex includes a large covered lounge and entertainment area featuring braai areas, a pool table, and dart board. A natural swimming pool, fed by mountain stream water, adds to the amenities.

The establishment operates on environmentally conscious principles, utilizing solar and gas power for heating and lighting. The water supply comes directly from a mountain stream through a 5-micron filter system, ensuring safe drinking water. The location offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, with klipspringers and other wildlife visible from the boma area.

Located approximately 13km from the Leopard Trail, Duiwekloof serves as an ideal base for various eco-recreational activities, including hiking and cycling trails. The area's extreme diverse landscapes, including kloofs, waterfalls, and rivers, provide unique wilderness experiences where visitors can explore vast distances in complete solitude.
