Eagle's Nest Bed & Breakfast is located on the sunny side of Grahamstown. It is ideally situated near schools and the city center, within walking distance of shops, museums, Rhodes University, and restaurants. The establishment serves as a perfect stopover in Grahamstown between Cape Town and KwaZulu-Natal, being almost halfway.

The bed and breakfast offers three reasonably priced self-contained garden flats, each with its own private entrance. One of the flats can accommodate four people with twin beds and bunk beds, along with hospitality mattresses, while the other two flats each have twin beds, sleeping two people per flat. These self-catering or bed and breakfast flats are equipped with en-suite bathrooms with showers, well-equipped kitchenettes, tea and coffee facilities, DStv Hotel Bouquet, TVs, hairdryers, fans, heaters, hot blankets, and free wifi/internet access.

The establishment provides secure off-street undercover parking within an electric fence with remote control access to bring vehicles into the yard. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a swimming pool, braai, and laundry facilities. Children are welcome, and pets are allowed by arrangement. Guests have the option to choose between self-catering or bed and breakfast accommodations. Additional beds are available in the main house with en-suite if required.

The beautiful beaches are not too far from Grahamstown, approximately 50 kilometers or a 3/4-hour drive away. The four-bed garden flat is suitable for families, especially those with small children.
