Some apartments feature beautiful small gardens with plunge pools, and all offer unsurpassed views of False Bay. A medium-sized shopping mall, Sun Valley, is a seven-minute drive away, offering excellent curio shops, grocery stores, clothing stores, and book stores. The surrounding area also features a variety of excellent restaurants.

Each unit at Echo Terrace is luxuriously furnished, including TV, DSTV satellite, a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, an automatic washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, a portable music center, and a safe. Garden terrace units have a small plunge pool on the sea-facing garden, while upper terrace units offer a large covered balcony directly overlooking the bay. Garden and balcony furniture is provided for guests' enjoyment. Barbeque facilities can be arranged. Each unit has a separate entrance and secure off-street parking in a garage, a feature appreciated by guests. Well-behaved children over the age of 10 are welcome, and it is a non-smoking establishment.
