Eco Marine Lodge And Venue is situated on a 600-hectare beachfront property that is located 6 km outside the town of Gouritsmond in the Garden Route. The lodge provides accommodation in 11 comfortable decorated units, each equipped with a large indoor braai and a kitchenette featuring a fridge, microwave, 2-plate gas stove, crockery, and cutlery. Bedding is provided, but swimming towels are not included. Due to the lodge's reliance on solar power, additional electrical luxuries are not allowed.

Breakfast is available at an additional cost, and cleaning services can be requested for an extra fee. Gouritzmond has a small shop for basic groceries, two restaurants, and a liquor store. Fresh fish, known as the catch of the day, is available at the local fishmonger. Guests can engage in various activities such as swimming, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, walking, bird watching, game watching, whale watching, or simply relaxing in front of an open fireplace.
