Eden Sands Self-Catering is a comfortable self-catering townhouse situated in a secure complex in Kingsburgh. It is located a short distance from the beach and within walking distance of various shopping centers. The townhouse consists of two spacious bedrooms, a private bathroom, an open-plan living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A flat-screen TV with Openview HD, providing around 18 channels, is available in the unit. Alternatively, guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder, explora, smartcard, remote, and power supply, which can be connected to the relevant cable connected to the dish.

Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool or relax on the grass or seating areas within the complex. This accommodation is ideal for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, with a shared full bathroom. The rate decreases if the stay is longer than two nights. Please note that the unit cannot accommodate more than six people, including young children and babies. If more than six people arrive, they will not receive the key to the property and will be asked to leave.
