Eden Wildlife Adventures

Eden Wildlife Adventures is situated on a private game reserve called Mazunga Farm. It offers an exciting experience with its herd of buffalo, plains game, sable and roan antelope, as well as the inquisitive leopard. The reserve spans over 450 hectares and serves as a wilderness paradise. It features over 40 mammal species, 350 different types of birds, and two of the Big Five animals.

Game drives provide fascinating encounters with wildlife comprising a large variety of mixed Bushveld, such as Mopani, red bushwillow, acacia, and leadwood, among others. Early morning walks are available, and open-vehicle safaris are conducted daily, allowing visitors to marvel at the sunset. The photographic opportunities are fantastic.

The accommodation consists of six tents. The first four tents include four comfortable single beds and rustic ablutions. The ablution area features three showers, three toilets, and three basins, offering a refreshing experience in the wilderness. The other two tents comprise two comfy single beds with en-suite bathrooms, each with a toilet, shower, and basin. Each tent has an extended concrete verandah, which serves as a prime vantage point for game viewing and is ideal for students seeking additional comfort while overlooking the surrounding bush, Selati River bed, and bird viewing.

The tents are equipped with pedestal fans to provide a welcome breeze during the summer. Two pedestal fans are available in the four-sleeper tents, and one pedestal fan is provided in each of the two-sleeper tents. At night, lanterns illuminate the walkways, creating subtle light and ambiance.
