It features a main bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and loft single bed, and a third bedroom containing a bunk bed and single loft bed. 'The Boathouse' is a one-bedroom cottage with a queen-sized bed, accommodating up to five people, though it's best suited for two adults and three children. It includes a lounge area with a fold-out double sofa bed and a 3/4 bed, plus a bathroom with a bathtub.

Both cottages offer private entrances, secure parking, and individual decks with mountain and sea views. They are fully equipped with essential amenities, including bedding, towels, and fibre Wi-Fi. Entertainment options include books, games, a piano, and a pool table. Recently installed fireplaces provide warmth during winter, and guests can request access to body boards and surfboards. An outdoor hot shower is available for post-beach cleanup, which is a seven-minute walk away.

The property is located approximately 85 kilometers from Cape Town and less than an hour's drive from the airport. Pringle Bay itself is situated within a World Biosphere Reserve, surrounded by mountains on three sides with views of Cape Point in the distance. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling, accessible directly from the property.
