El Shaddai Guest House

El Shaddai Guest House is a double-storey establishment located in the city of King Williams Town. It offers 15 en-suite rooms, with the choice of either double or single beds. All rooms are equipped with televisions with DStv, bar fridges, and tea and coffee facilities. Braai and ironing facilities are also available upon request.

Breakfast is served in the lovely dining room, and guests have access to secure under-cover parking for their vehicles. The guest house employs a security guard on duty at night and provides a shuttle service for trips around King Williams Town and Bisho.

King Williams Town features several interesting museums, including the Amathole Museum, which houses the largest collection of mammals in Africa, and a museum dedicated to Huberta the hippo, who walked 1500 km across KwaZulu-Natal to the Eastern Cape. Guests can also visit the Garden of Remembrance or the Nelson Mandela Museum. Additionally, the Rooikrans and Maden dams offer opportunities for fishing and water sports, and the area serves as the starting point for the 100 km Amatola Hiking Trail.

El Shaddai Guest House does not accept reservations for students or scholars unless they are accompanied and supervised by an adult.
