Elandsberg Rest Camp Tankwa Karoo National Park Sanparks

Elandsberg Rest Camp is located within the Tankwa Karoo National Park, which is situated on the southern boundary of the Northern Cape province. The park is bordered by the Roggeveld Escarpment to the east, the Cederberg mountain range to the west, and the Klein Roggeveld Mountains to the south. It is approximately a four-hour drive from Cape Town.

The Tankwa Karoo National Park falls within the succulent Karoo Biome, which is renowned for its rare and endemic plant species, diverse birdlife, and breathtaking landscapes. These include the sheer cliffs of the Roggeveld Escarpment and the unique moonscape formations of the Tankwa Desert.

The rates for the accommodation at Elandsberg Rest Camp are subject to the number of adults and children staying. The quoted rates will include the 1% Community Levy but exclude the daily conservation fees, which must be paid directly to the camp upon arrival. The accommodation on offer at the rest camp is a cottage with one double bed and a sleeper couch.
