Elandsfontein Farm Cottage is a charming country stay located on the Elandsfontein farm, away from crowds but less than 45 minutes' drive from either Pretoria or Johannesburg. The farm Elandsfontein has been in the family for six generations. The two charming cottages are situated in the leafy gardens of the 140-year-old homestead, offering complete privacy for guests seeking peace and quiet to revitalize in true country style, surrounded by the activities, sounds, and smells of a working farm.

The cottage is conveniently located near wedding venues Die Boskapel and Waenhuiskraal, making it an ideal option for those attending weddings in the area. The nearby Rietvlei Nature Reserve accommodates various plains grazers such as zebra, eland, hartebeest, springbuck, blesbuck, black wildebeest, buffalo, and rhinos, as well as abundant wetlands and grasslands birdlife.

One of the cottages, Pine Tree Cottage, is a cozy and comfortable accommodation appointed in true colonial style. It features a beautiful private courtyard with a shady tree and fountain, and can sleep up to six family members in three separate bedrooms. The cottage includes a lounge with a flat-screen television, premium DSTV, and a fireplace; a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, and microwave; an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom; and a separate shower and toilet. A mobile braai stand is available in the private courtyard, and one free bundle of wood is provided. Free WiFi via radio signal is available, but the service is capped.
