Elandsvlei Estate Farmhouse

The Elandsvlei Estate Farmhouse is a luxurious accommodation option for larger groups or families seeking privacy, tranquility, and a bush getaway experience. It is situated on a 3,000-hectare private game farm located between Mookgophong (Naboomspruit) and Vaalwater in the malaria-free UNESCO Waterberg Biosphere, approximately two hours' drive from Pretoria and two and a half hours from OR Tambo International Airport.

The Farmhouse features five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, accommodating up to 12 guests. It offers two braai areas, one open-air and one covered, as well as a beautiful splash pool overlooking a peaceful dam frequented by various wildlife species, including giraffes, buffalos, elands, kudus, gemsboks, zebras, wildebeests, waterbucks, impalas, hartebeests, and blesboks.

Guests have access to the entire Farmhouse, braai areas, and pool. Firewood is provided for their convenience. The mountainous location offers numerous roads and trails ideal for hiking, running, and mountain biking. The Farmhouse stands alone, ensuring complete privacy and undisturbed stay for guests.

Elandsvlei Estate's dams provide opportunities for fishing, with guests welcome to try their luck at catching various species such as tilapia, bream, and catfish. Hunting activities are also available on the property. Self-drives are permitted for guests with four-wheel-drive vehicles, ATVs, or dirt bikes, but they are required to go for a guided game drive first to familiarize themselves with the layout of the property. Additionally, guided game drives can be arranged at an additional fee, including two hours of game viewing, sundowner drinks, and snacks at a beautiful location.
