Elephant Rock Safari Lodge

The Elephant Rock Safari Lodge is located within the Nambiti Private Game Reserve in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. It offers a luxury safari experience that combines adventure and hospitality. The lodge is situated on a hill, overlooking a waterhole, and consists of five elegant chalets designed for comfort and privacy.

Each chalet features panoramic views of the conservancy, spacious en-suite bathrooms with oval baths and picture windows, and a private veranda with two swing chairs overlooking the waterhole or bushveld. Guests can indulge in delicious meals prepared by the in-house chef, with dining options including an open boma, an atmospheric viewing deck, or the cozy main lodge. The Nambiti Conservancy, spanning over 10,000 hectares, provides exclusive access for game viewing and the opportunity to spot the Big Five and other captivating species during twice-daily game drives led by knowledgeable rangers.

The conservancy also features natural wonders such as the Sundays River with two waterfalls, diverse landscapes of savannah, grasslands, thornveld, and acacia trees, and a rich biodiversity. The lodge is conveniently located within three and a half hours from Johannesburg and two and a half hours from Durban, offering an unparalleled escape surrounded by the roar of lions and the magical ambiance of a traditional boma.

Additionally, the lodge features two chalets connected by an inter-leading door, each with a view of the waterhole, two king-size beds that can be converted to single beds, an en-suite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower, and a large bath.
