Elephants Eye Lodge

Elephants Eye Lodge, situated in the tranquil suburb of Tokai in Cape Town's southern region, has a rich history dating back to 1682 when it was originally a manager's cottage for the Steen Berg Wine Farm. The property, which now spans 2700 square meters, was once a chicken farm owned by Mrs. Crow before being partially subdivided into what is now known as the Morningside area of Tokai.

Operating as a bed and breakfast for 28 years, this 4-star graded establishment offers four spacious en-suite bedrooms and two self-catering cottages. The guest wing, situated across the courtyard from the main house where the current owners reside, features a beach swimming pool exclusively for guests.
