Elgin Country Lodge

Elgin Country Lodge is a beautifully restored farmhouse situated on a working apple farm in the prestigious fruit farming district of Elgin Valley, Western Cape, South Africa. Located just off the N2 and within walking distance of the Peregrine Farm Stall, the property is conveniently positioned just one hour from the airport.

The lodge offers luxurious accommodation comprising five deluxe bedrooms in the main house and a separate self-catering cottage. The main house features two queen bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and a luxury double room on the top floor offering spectacular views of the apple orchards and surrounding mountains. Each room is equipped with modern amenities including air-conditioning, DSTV, Wi-Fi, and contemporary bathrooms with showers.

The self-catering garden cottage, which is serviced daily, features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for two couples. The cottage is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, though it does not accommodate pets or children under 12 years of age.

The property has earned a 4-star grading from the Tourism Council and is well-suited for small wedding parties, featuring a large lounge/dining room, wrap-around veranda, spacious garden area, and a kitchen suitable for catering.
