Elma's Self-Catering is situated in Hartbees River, by irrigation water from the Rooiberg Dam. The land in this area features a fascinating natural beauty, with the brown sand broken only by black dolerite boulders. The establishment offers five self-catering units, each capable of accommodating two guests. The units are equipped with DStv, fans, heaters, and en-suite bathrooms. Meals are available on request, and braai facilities are provided.

The wide-open spaces of Verneukpan are an ideal hotspot for parasailing enthusiasts. For those interested in archaeological adventures, there are San trails that lead over several hills, following the footsteps of the San and showcasing spots where they created their art.
